Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

SELLER

BUYER

The person holding the name, address and contact details specified during the order (the “Buyer”).

2. Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and performance of the service/product whose characteristics and sale price are specified below and which the Buyer ordered electronically via linkreach.com.tr.

3. Service/Product Details and Payment

  • Service/Product: the package specified in the order summary (e.g. Data Package or Outreach Management package)
  • Total amount: the amount specified during the order, including all taxes
  • Payment method: via the Shopier payment infrastructure
  • Delivery/performance method: digital delivery (list) or performance of the service (outreach management)

4. General Provisions

  • The Buyer acknowledges having read and approved the essential characteristics, price and payment information of the service before ordering.
  • Except in cases of force majeure, the Seller agrees to perform the service as committed.
  • The Seller does not guarantee a specific result (e.g. number of meetings); the commitment is the manual performance of the process and volume specified in the scope of service.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exceptions

The Buyer's right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions in the Regulation on Distance Contracts:

Digitally delivered data packages (lists)

As they are intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once delivery (sending of the list) has taken place. The order may be cancelled before delivery.

Outreach Management service

For services whose performance has begun with the Buyer's approval, the right of withdrawal is limited after performance begins; no refund is made for the work already carried out.

6. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

7. Entry into Force

By completing the order and payment, the Buyer declares having read and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
